Traded Sponge
Oven: 180°C, no.4
Ingredients:
100g Margarine
100g Caster Sugar
25g Soya Flour
75g S.R.flour
2 eggs
Jam
Chocolate spread
Chocolate drops
Method:
1) Grease and line sponge tin.
2) Sieve flour on to a plate
3) Beat egg
4) Cream margarine and sugar in bowl till white and fluffy
5) Gradually beat in egg
6) Put in flour
7) Put mixture in 2 foil tins
8) Bake for 15 minutes till golden brown and springy to touch
9) Cool on cooling tray
10) Spread Jam in the centre and carefully place the top half on
11) Spread chocolate spread on top then decorate the top of cake
