Right Choice Muffins
Oven 200'c gas mark 6
Ingredients
*25g Soya flour
*75g SR flour
5ml baking powder
1 egg mixed with 30 ml milk
*15ml white and milk choc chips
*50g sugar
Method
1. Sieve flour and baking powder onto a plate
2. Rub margarine into flour until mixture resembles breadcrumbs
3. Add caster sugar, choc ships and mix well
4. Beat egg and milk together and add dry ingredients
5. Mix to a soft consistency
6. Divide the mixtures evenly between six paper cases and bake for 15-20mins
7. Cool on a wire tray
