Pasta with a Difference
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken breast
- 200g Pasta
- 250 ml Tined Tomatoes
- 1 Onions
- 30ml Tomato Puree
- Half Clove Of Garlic
- 150g Sun dried tomatoes
- 2.5 Basil
1. Start by dicing chicken into small strips and finely chop the onion
2. Cook the chicken in a small pan with a little olive oil.
3. Put pasta on to boil.
4. When chicken is cooked add half a clove of garlic finely chopped and the diced onion.
5. Cook until the onion is soft.
6. Then add tinned tomatoes, tomato puree and the sun dried tomatoes
7. Reduce heat to simmer
8. For the finishing touch add some mixed herbs and basil.
9. Drain pasta and add sauce.
10. SERVE!
